I haven't really talked about state Rep. Joel Dykstra for awhile. When he announced he was running for Congress, I decided to wait and see how it would turn out. He'll probably win his primary, but I thought it best to wait.
If Joel does win, I'm going to throw down the gauntlet and start talking about why I think he would be horrible in the U. S. Senate. I've been saving up material ever since Joel announced he was running.
So don't vote for Joel Dykstra! If you do, that means I can no longer be lazy about blogging. I'll have to actually get off my butt and start posting again. Man, that's going to suck.

Do you honestly feel that Tim Johnson is better suited to represent our state, and can accurately articulate and defend what is best for South Dakota during Senate floor debates, discussions, and hearings? From what I have seen, unless it is on paper, it's not going to get said. We need Joel in the Senate right now.
If you would post some of these things, I would be more apt to listen to your 'don't vote' opinion.
I'm open to NOT voting for him, should be be a worthless candidate, but you have to give me some reasoning behind it, otherwise your opinion is just that, opinion.
